The SafePak System (also called the Night Drop Retrieval System in the Banking Industry) is the only Cash-in-Transit product in the world that isolates the deposits within the deposit safe, with a electronically monitored military grade bag system. Only the cash vault manager has the key to access the deposits. The system has built-in electronic monitoring hardware. Optional monitoring parameters can be added, including GPS for tracking.

The SafePak Deposit Station is medium security safe already in use by many national universities and hospitals. It provides local deposit capabilities for geographically large areas. The deposit station is a stand alone unit that allows employees from many different departments to deposit cash, check and receipts. At each deposit event, the user verifies their identity with any type of ID card (RFID or Magnetic Strip) and a PIN. Their ID will be tied to their location and department through the pre-programmed database. Once the deposit amount has been entered into the touch screen and the deposit placed in the safe, the safe detects whether or not the deposit has been placed into the machine. A receipt and or manifest can then be emailed instantly or at intervals to department managers, cash vault managers or other parties involved. The deposits are then picked up by armored carriers and taken to the cash vault for processing.
