Although gaming is relatively new to Mississippi, Watkins Ludlam Winter & Stennis, P.A. is thoroughly familiar with the legal needs of companies engaged in the gaming and resort business. We represent numerous gaming operators, manufacturers and distributors before the Mississippi Gaming Commission and have represented borrowers, lenders, underwriters and investors in casino-related financings. We also have served as general counsel to the Mississippi Hotel and Motel Association for more than a decade and have represented numerous individual and corporate clients over the years with interests in the hotel and hospitality industries. Our Firm has recognized the complexity and intricacy of conducting the gaming and resort business in today's environment by creating a Gaming and Resort Practice Group, a multi-disciplinary practice group designed to serve the special requirements and the business, regulatory and litigation legal needs of businesses in the gaming and resort industry.
