Boyd Gaming receives regulatory approval to acquire IP Biloxi

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) today announced that the Mississippi Gaming Commission has approved the Company's proposed acquisition of the IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.

With today's action, the Company has received all required regulatory approvals to proceed with the acquisition. The transaction is expected to close on October 4, 2011.
