Casino Royale will host the World Series of Poker Circuit Caribbean

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The largest all-inclusive resort in Sint Maarten, Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa, home to the largest gaming emporium on the island, Casino Royale, partners with TK Poker Events to host the fourth edition of the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) Caribbean in Sint Maarten. With the consistently amazing turn out from previous events, organizers have chosen the all-inclusive, 420-room Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa as the host resort and Casino Royale to host all the poker action from 22 March to 3 April 2023.

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is the largest and most prestigious poker event in the world awarding millions of dollars in prize money and the prestigious gold bracelet, globally recognized as the sport's top prize. Featuring a comprehensive slate of tournaments in every major poker variation, the WSOP is also poker's longest running tournament in the world, dating back to 1970.

“We are thrilled to be back and look forward to a long and productive collaboration as Casino Royale and Sint Maarten are the perfect fit for a stop on the WSOP International Circuit and to host the WSOPC event,” said Casino Royale partner and event organizer Thomas Kremser, CEO of TK Events.

For the 2023 WSOPC Caribbean, the buy-in for the main event is USD $1,700 with a guaranteed prize pool of USD $200,000 and a total of 12 ring events, announced Kremser. Any official gold ring winners will qualify for the $1,000,000 Tournament of Champions event during the 2023 World Series of Poker tournament in Las Vegas. NLH and PLO cash games are offered 15 hours per day from 3 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the Casino Royale tournament area.
