China's patent changes approve Roulabette

15 April 2008

MINEOLA, New York -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation (Pink Sheets: KENS), the developer of Roulabette, a system permitting gamblers to play along from remote locations on live, in-progress casino table games, reported that the Chinese Patent Offices has now published the Company's patent "System for wagering on terminals remote from a casino". The application was originally filed on August 6, 2001, at a time when China declined to accept gambling patents. Also, under the recent enacted patent laws in Hong Kong, it is now possible to obtain Patent Protection in Hong Kong based upon a Chinese patent application.

Herbert Lindo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated: "Simulcasts of remote casino table games to homes, cell phones, public gathering places such as cafes, hotels, resorts and selected restaurants and bars is the way of the future. China represents the world's largest market. With the stated patent protection we are now able to invite Chinese, South Korean and Japanese electronic components manufacturers and marketing firms to join us in developing Roulabette and make it into a worldwide $500 billion annual net win bonanza shared among all participants, including charitable and government agencies."

Roulabette will compete with Late Night Entertainment. Millions of Late night watchers will be able to make wagers on real live in-progress casino table games, which requires skill rather than luck, unlike wagering on slot machines sometimes called "video lottery terminals". In the U.S. all Roulabette accounts have to be opened with cash.

China is also now permitting its banks and securities brokerage firms to trade in listed U.S. and foreign securities. We expect Kenilworth to be among these securities in the near future.

Lindo further stated: "To best market the remote casino games, the Company is selecting lotteries throughout the world to manage and operate the distribution and cash handling and pay winnings, using the lotteries' existing databases for the sale and payment of winning Roulabette tickets."

All forty three (43) lotteries in the United States are owned and operated by County and State agencies. In the rest of the world lotteries are owned by government agencies or non profit charitable agencies that distribute the net earnings to benefit social and charitable programs, or by private entities that pay a percentage of their net win to designated government agencies.

These foreign lotteries have the same databases as in the United States and most lotteries throughout Europe pool their lotteries offerings, not unlike Mega Millions and Powerball. This makes the distribution simpler and very cost effective for Kenilworth. In China there are twelve (12) privately operated lotteries.

Once the first State in the United States grants the Company permission to transmit the broadcast from a regulated casino to its residents, the other states with lotteries will quickly join in. With patent protection and the internet available in China, we expect to achieve success much sooner.
