Churchill Downs buying harness track with view to adding slots

OHIO -- Churchill Downs, in partnership with Delaware North Cos. Gaming and Entertainment, is purchasing a harness track, The Courier-Journal reported.

The plan is to shift the Lebanon Raceway closer to the interstate in order to attract more visitors, the report explained.

The plan also includes adding video lottery slots to the harness track, according to The Courier-Journal.
