DEQ Systems, CGC Sign Deal

CALIFORNIA – (PRESS RELEASE) -- DEQ Systems Corp. (TSX-V: DEQ) and California based Casino Gaming Concepts, Inc. (CGC) announced today the signature of an agreement for the exclusive distribution of DEQ's G3 electronic auxiliary system for casino table games in California licensed card rooms.

This license grants the exclusive right to Casino Gaming Concepts to offer DEQ's side betting products to the non bank house gaming establishments in the state of California for a fixed monthly lease. The agreement foresees the leasing of a minimum of 160 electronic systems over the next two years. The agreement with DEQ will allow Casino Gaming Concepts, Inc. to introduce DEQ's technology on their table games and consequently increase table game revenue and overall product performance.
