Games Media, Hasbro sign deal

NEW YORK -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Scientific Games (Nasdaq: SGMS) announced its wholly owned subsidiary Games Media, has entered into a three-year exclusive licensing arrangement with Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS) for amusement with prize (AWP) and skill with prize (SWP) gaming machines in the UK and Ireland. The agreement allows Games Media the exclusive rights to create games for Hasbro properties including MONOPOLY, CLUEDO, YAHTZEE, CONNECT 4, TRIVIAL PURSUIT and BATTLESHIP.
