Grover Gaming acquires new assets

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grover Gaming, Inc., an industry leader in electronic gaming design and software development, announced today that it had acquired the assets of two well-known gambling distributors in the Commonwealth of Virginia, V-TABS, LLC and Newmarket Entertainment, LLC.

As the oldest distributor in the Commonwealth's Electronic Pull Tab Program, V-TABS, LLC helped pave the way for charitable gaming in Virginia. Newmarket Entertainment, LLC, based out of Fredericksburg, is the largest distributor of Electronic Pull Tabs in the State.

"We have provided the software and games to these fine distributors since they both started in Virginia," said Garrett Blackwelder, President of Grover Gaming. "We look forward to providing their customers and players with even better games and expanding the excellent customer service to which they are already accustomed."

According to Blackwelder, Grover Gaming's investment in Virginia will play a crucial part in providing charities and fraternal organizations with entertaining gaming experiences for many years to come.
