H5G and Gamesys finalize agreement for global distribution

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- High 5 Games will be releasing a collection of its acclaimed slot titles to regulated markets on a global scale through its newly minted partnership with Gamesys Limited in the U.K.

In July, High 5 Games announced an initial deal with Gamesys US LLC, a unit of Gamesys Limited, to bring its slot games to the state of New Jersey on TropicanaCasino.com and VirginCasino.com. Based on the success of the High 5 Games and Gamesys New Jersey partnership, the companies have finalized a second agreement to bring H5G titles to the global gaming market. H5G will now be integrating its remote game server VAULT with Gamesys's U.K.-based online platforms, in addition to Gamesys's New Jersey online platforms.

Gamesys is High 5 Games' first global iGaming partner. By integrating the VAULT game server into Gamesys's U.K. platforms, High 5 Games' proven content will be accessible to a new demographic of online real-money players. A selection of High 5 Games' most popular titles from social and land-based casinos will soon be available for real-money play through several of the top online casinos in the U.K.

To date, the DGE has approved over 80 of High 5 Games' premium slot game titles for exclusive distribution via H5G's VAULT RGS platform. High 5 Games is working with the regulatory bodies in the U.K. and Europe to gain approval to distribute a comparably sized collection of games internationally.
