JCM Reaches Milestone

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- JCM American is approaching a monumental milestone. This year, the company's products will have validated approximately $4 trillion in U.S. currency. That's more than $13,500 for every man, woman and child in the United States.

The company estimates that since 1995, its products have validated more than $1.55 trillion in the commercial arena, and more than $2.28 trillion in the gaming industry. JCM expects its products will validate a combined total of $4 trillion by the end of 2005.

JCM revolutionized the gaming industry when it introduced its embedded bill validators in the early 1990s. Since then, landmark products and systems such as the World Bill Acceptor, Universal Bill Acceptor, Trident Table Safe System and the Intelligent Cash Box have added to JCM's leading role in the gaming industry.

JCM Vice President Tom Nieman said, "The figures are staggering, almost incomprehensible. When JCM first introduced the embedded bill validator into slot machines, it started a revolution, and suddenly slot revenues increased and became the primary profit center for casinos."

"That's an understandable historical fact. But to think about the enormity of $4 trillion, it's almost too big to get your head around," he concluded.
