Kelly Technologies selected for Miracle Mile Shops contract

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Siena Technologies ("Siena") (OTC Bulletin Board: SIEN) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kelley Technologies ("Kelley"), a pioneer in advanced solutions for smart building technologies, has been selected by Boulevard Invest LLC, owners of Miracle Mile Shops to design, create and integrate high-tech and multimedia concepts and special effects inside the newly remodeled Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The Miracle Mile Shops, currently known as The Shops in Desert Passage at the Aladdin, is part of the ongoing transformation of the Aladdin Resort & Casino into the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The property, which contains 1.2 linear miles of retail space, is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar makeover that is scheduled to be completed in 2007. Kelley was selected to produce a high-tech, multi-media and entertainment concept that will blend seamlessly with the retail environment. The system will include large, wall mounted video screens displaying preprogrammed cycles of entertainment and marketing media. Certain elements of the video displays will be triggered by motion detectors as patrons walk through the various locations inside the retail complex. In addition, Kelley will replace all the existing video and audio systems at the complex with state-of-the-art digital audio systems. The end result will feature both ambient and video-synced music throughout the exterior and interior of Miracle Mile Shops.

Speaking about Kelley's system, David Edelstein, owner of Miracle Mile Shops explained, "From the start of the project, it has been my goal to make Miracle Mile Shops a signature Las Vegas attraction; a 'must see' for every visitor. Having seen examples of Kelley's work in use around Las Vegas, I am confident that Kelly's entertainment system will be a major contributor to our ability to create this kind of memorable experience for shoppers."

This contract not only continues our momentum for working with large showcase projects, but also expands the use of our smart building capability to include a retail venue. As we expand beyond the gaming market, we find large market opportunities to provide our platform of sophisticated management and integration of large feeds of real-time information into commercial and residential high rises, hotels, spas, casinos, mall environments, and high-end single family homes."

Included in Kelley's momentum is the recently announced contract with Panorama Group - Hailler Development, making Kelley the preferred provider of amenity upgrades (such as high-end audio and video systems, home theater, and lighting control) to the owners of more then 1,000 condominium residents in Panorama Towers I, II, and III. Under this contract, Kelley will also redesign and install a totally new audio-video environment system in the theater complex and in the common areas of Towers I and II. Under the contract, Kelley will also have the First Right of Offer to provide the amenity services mentioned above to Panorama Tower IV, currently in the design stage.
