Las Vegas attorney Frank Schreck's law firm expands gaming practice to Atlantic City

16 October 2012

LAS VEGAS -- Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has expanded its gaming law practice to Atlantic City.

The national law firm, which is headquartered in Denver but centers its gaming law practice in Las Vegas, announced the hiring of three New Jersey-based gaming attorneys, Paul O'Gara, Pacifico "Pat" Agnellini and Dennis Daly.

The expansion allows Brownstein to position itself as the largest national gaming practice with offices in both Las Vegas and Atlantic City. The gaming division is headed by longtime Las Vegas gaming attorney Frank Schreck, who merged his Las Vegas law office with Brownstein several years ago.

The three attorneys have experience representing casino clients in front of New Jersey gaming authorities and other gaming regulatory bodies. Daly spent 23 years an attorney with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.

Schreck said having offices in Atlantic City allows the law firm to serve its existing clients on a national, multi-jurisdictional platform. Clients of the firm include Caesars Entertainment, bwin International, Tropicana Entertainment and Landry’s Inc.

“This expansion into New Jersey strengthens our reputation as one of the nation's premier gaming practice groups,” Schreck said in a statement.
