Muscogee Nation adds VizExplorer player development solution to River Spirit Casino Resort

(PRESS RELEASE) -- VizExplorer, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions to the gaming industry, today announced that it has signed an agreement to deploy its most advanced player development solution at Tulsa’s River Spirit Casino Resort, one of the largest gaming floors in Oklahoma.

With more than 3,000 slot machines on a 300,000-square-foot gaming floor with a reputation for being the most popular in the state, River Spirit executives were looking to enable the host team to advance its VIP outreach and development efforts.

With the new hostVizOps, hosts gain new functionality that makes it easy to coordinate with marketing to manage events and track attendance and performance, submit hotel reservation requests for VIP guests, and speed comp request and approvals — all from within the mobile app.
