5 May 2015

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has named compliance expert Patrick Moore as the company’s new Senior Director of Client Services. Moore has been with GLI since 2002, and in his new role, he will work closely with new and existing clients globally, helping them get more from GLI by taking full advantage of the company’s portfolio of products and services, including those available through GLI’s Global Solutions team.

Moore will now report directly to GLI’s Vice President of Global Services, Ian Hughes, who said, “Having Patrick come to the client services side of our business is very exciting news for our client services team and for our clients. Patrick’s depth and breadth of knowledge in compliance, technology and standards has made him an incredibly valuable asset to GLI, and his extensive experience will be a tremendous benefit for him in his new capacity.”

Previously, Moore had served GLI and its global regulator, supplier and operator clients as Senior Director of Technical Compliance. In his prior role, he represented GLI at numerous technology seminars for international and domestic clients, administered technical and regulatory compliance issues, researched new gaming technology and provided consultation to emerging jurisdictions and suppliers on industry-standard best practices relating to technical compliance of electronic gaming devices and systems. Moore holds certifications in computer programming and network integrity and has experience in all phases of the testing and certification processes performed at GLI.
