Penn Gaming to acquire Maryland race track

PENNSYLVANIA -- As reported by the Memphis Business Journal: "Penn National Gaming Inc., owner of Hollywood Casino in Tunica, has entered into a preliminary agreement to buy Rosecroft Raceway in Fort Washington, Md. from Cloverleaf Enterprises Inc.

Based in Wyomissing, Pa., Penn (NASDAQ: PENN) is required to complete due diligence and enter into a definitive agreement in 30 days. The transaction is expected to close shortly after..."
