Players Network Appoints Director

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Players Network, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PNTV.OB), the leading media company in the gaming lifestyle category, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Morden C. ("Cookie") Lazarus as a director. He is presently CEO of ISee3D Inc. (TSX: ICG.H) and a director of DPC Biosciences Corporation (TSX: YNU). He is the founder of Lazarus, Charbonneau, a prominent Canadian gaming law firm, where he has practiced law since 1967 and currently serves as President of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys (IAGA). He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of IAGA since 1993 and was appointed General Counsel of that organization in 2001. He was also appointed on September 30th 2004 as Chair of the Gaming Law Committee of the American Bar Association.

He has been a practicing gaming attorney and legal counsel to approximately twenty 20 casino properties and gaming companies located in Las Vegas, Atlantic City in the U.S., Canada, Aruba, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. Lazarus has been legal counsel for many years to a number of professional athletes, producers and entertainment personalities and companies and to the Royal Bank of Canada for over 35 years.
