Players Network, JB Entertainment Sign Deal

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Players Network, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PNTV), the leading media company in the gaming lifestyle category, has signed a 3-year agreement with JB Entertainment Group to jointly build, operate and market a new Ticketing Services Business. This new business will function within the company's Gaming Lifestyle Marketing Division announced in June. This division is developing new revenue streams through database marketing, marketing partnership programs with major hotel casinos and a player VIP services business for individuals and corporations.

Players Network's new ticketing business, expected to launch in November 2005, will provide customers with hard-to-get tickets to casino entertainment events, music concerts, and other entertainment venues, and will be marketed through Players Network's broadband site, television and mobile platforms, a toll-free phone number service and a dedicated website.
