Players Network named new board member

AS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Players Network (OTC Bulletin Board: PNTV.OB), the leading Digital Media Television Network dedicated to the Las Vegas Entertainment and Gaming Lifestyle, announces today that it has added Terry Debono to its Board of Directors. Debono brings 25 years of experience in advertising, marketing, event management, concert and sports promotion, television production and gaming operations to PLAYERS NETWORK, including specific experience and credentials in operating over-the-air broadcast television channels, international live satellite television gaming networks, and numerous sweepstakes programs and promotions for the entertainment industry. Debono was the President and Founder of Casino and Gaming Television (CGTV) in Canada, and has completed many multi-million dollar business developments, investment and media sponsorship deals.

Terry Debono replaces Dr. Joost Van Adelsberg, who stepped aside to allow someone with Debono's qualifications to fill his seat. Players Network's five-person Board of Directors also includes the following: Mark Bradley, Founder and Chairman of Players Network; Doug Miller, President of "The Winning Edge", one of America's top handicapping companies; Morden C. Lazarus, an internationally-known gaming attorney who serves as the former President of the "International Gaming Advisors"; Michael Berk, Players Network's President of Programming, who has produced and created over 500 hours of network television, including "Baywatch".
