PointsBet launches in Louisiana

(PRESS RELEASE) -- PointsBet Holdings Limited announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, PointsBet Louisiana has received launch authorization from the Louisiana Gaming Control Board and has taken its first bet in the State of Louisiana.

The launch in Louisiana marks the fourth state launch under the partnership with Penn National Gaming announced on 1 August 2019 (and extended on 26 March 2021). It also represents the Company’s 12th online sportsbook operation in the United States, following successful launches in New Jersey, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Michigan, West Virginia, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania and Kansas.
