Rivers Casino Pittsburgh earns 2022 'Top Place' award

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Rivers Casino Pittsburgh has once again been honored for its workplace culture. Rivers Casino Pittsburgh’s Team Members have recently voted the casino a 2022 "Top Workplace" in Pittsburgh as determined by the annual, third-party survey published by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Rivers Casino was honored in the "Large Company" category.

The Top Workplace award is a significant recognition since it’s solely based on Team Member feedback. Rivers Casino Team Members completed anonymous surveys that asked employees to be open and honest about their work environment, confidence in their managers, and overall job satisfaction.

The results are calculated by Energage, LLC, a third-party employee research and survey company that measures successful culture drivers in organizations. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette then recognizes the top workplaces in the Pittsburgh area based on their favorable employee feedback.
In addition to previous workplace recognition from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, since opening in 2009 Rivers Casino has also earned multiple "Best Places to Work" honors from the Pittsburgh Business Times.
