Table Trac, Thunderbird Resorts sign license deal

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- A few hours prior to the Table Trac annual stockholder meeting, Table Trac and Thunderbird Resorts signed an expanded Master License agreement to cover all of the countries in which Thunderbird Resorts International operates. Table Trac is currently installing systems for Thunderbird Resorts properties in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.

These separate contracts will now be consolidated along with future contracts under the new agreement. In addition to those countries, Thunderbird Resorts operates in the Philippines and Panama, and has recently expanded into Colombia and Peru. A meeting is scheduled for next month where representatives from all of the aforementioned locations will be meeting with Table Trac in Costa Rica to discuss schedules for future installations.

Thunderbird Resorts International is a publicly traded company that owns and operates 35 casinos and resort locations throughout Central America and the Caribbean.

"With minimum purchases of new systems, Thunderbird secures exclusive use of the Table Trac system in new markets for a period of time, and Table Trac is able to project future sales and new system feature rollouts for Thunderbird on a timely basis."
