VendingData, TCS John Huxley Sign Letter of Intent

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- VendingData(TM) Corporation (Amex: VNX), a manufacturer and distributor of products for the gaming industry that are intended to increase customers' security, productivity and profitability, announced today that it has signed a binding letter of intent with TCS John Huxley ("TCS"), a U.K. based worldwide international distribution and marketing network for products developed by TCS for the gaming industry, to complete definitive agreements to accomplish a joint strategic relationship within the next 60 days.

Under the terms of the forthcoming relationship, VendingData(TM) will research, develop and manufacture certain TCS products, which will be marketed through both the TCS distribution and VendingData(TM) sales facilities. Conversely, certain VendingData(TM) products will be marketed and sold.
