(Nasdaq: WPTE) has kicked off 2006 with the addition of 14 new consumer products licensees, bringing to more than 40 the total of licensees in its fast-growing stable of domestic and international product partners.

WPT consumer products are also making their way into stores around the world. WPTE launched its international licensing campaign in the second quarter of 2005. Among the products created by the WPTE licensing partners are handheld and video games; apparel; jewelry; poker equipment and chips; books; DVDs; candy; games for mobile phones, PDAs and wireless devices; furniture and house wares, automotive accessories; talking bottle openers; lighters, and other novelties.
