Based on law enforcement experience, Roger Spearman believes any investigation as well as security needs should be approached by a law enforcement professional who has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the law. Prior to founding A-1 Private Investigations, LLC on January 15, 2001, Roger Spearman had 30 years of law enforcement experience and retired from the University City Police Department as a Lieutenant. Previously, he graduated from the FBI National Academy in 1999. As a supervisor in both the detective bureau and uniform division, he set high standards for the personnel under his command. He applies these same high standards to his security officers and investigators at A-1 Private Investigations, LLC.
