By combining old-fashioned values with the newest concepts in event production, Derrick Roberts Productions, Inc. will lead the market, providing quality results every time.

DRP's work is cutting-edge: we utilize state-of-the-art technology to create and produce one-of-a-kind special events, from weddings to Bar & Bat Mizvahs, corporate functions, to the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation benefit to spectacular public events such as the city of Newark's tree-lighting ceremony. These unique events are not only presented in hotel ballrooms, country clubs, tents, and office facilities, but are successfully produced in unlikely spaces such as a roller-skating rink and an outdoor thoroughfare.

Derrick Roberts, the founder and president of Derrick Roberts Productions, began hosting celebrity fundraisers and corporate affairs in the late 1980s. He has since established production resources across the country that allow his group extensive use of rigging, lighting and stage design, audio visuals, and performance talent. The demand for his event production capabilities are evolving to an international level, in the past year taking him as far afield as Aruba, for Johnson & Johnson's Sale & Logistics Awards gala.

DRP's Business goal is to be the best, based on expert planning, careful budgeting, and a strong, motivated staff. We aim to be the number-one resource in live event production.
