Besides that, the concept is to offer a convenient way to provide Delicious Creole/Cajun Cuisine while cutting down the labor and food cost by just heating and serving the dishes. Also offering a healthy alternative (LOW-SODIUM) meals for their clients who is health conscience or have medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes,etc.

All natural turkey, chicken, and seafood thats substituted instead of the original version of pork and beef. Concept is to cut down on labor cost and food cost!
