When Doug Ferony sings, his warm voice, high musicianship, enthusiasm, and sincerity make the music he performs infectious and joyful, even when he is interpreting a touching ballad. It is always obvious that he loves timeless standards and has the voice and phrasing to make them sound fresh and relevant. While he makes no secret of his love for the singing of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin and Bobby Darin, he does not feel compelled to merely copy his predecessors and instead displays a sound of his own within the tradition of first-class singing. Suitable for all venues, the show is easily adapted to different stage sizes and is self-contained with minimal House Crew requirements and same day load in and load out. The running time of the performance is approximately 120 minutes including a 15 minute intermission. Doug is capable of fronting major orchestras. The Doug Ferony Show is available for performances any day of the week. Mulitple booking dates and matinees are always possible. The Doug Ferony Show is capable of non-contiguous, single dates. CDs and Doug Ferony merchandise will be available for sale at each performance. Doug Ferony is a member of AFM, BMI, SAG, NARAS (Recording Academy/Grammys) and AFTRA
