At Focus - F&B Global Food and Beverage Consulting, our focus is on improving food and beverage at your hotel, restaurant, or venue. We will concentrate on many different issues you face with creativity, menu design, productivity, cost of sales, ambiance, and/or profitability. We have the tools and resources for cost-effective and immediate improvement after 25+ years of experience with international hotel companies in both culinary arts and division management as a Chef and F&B Director. While my focus is primarily food and beverage, I also have experience in all operational departments of hotels and golf clubs. Let me know how I can customize and create your plan for success.
