The iCF 4000 is a low-profile, high-capacity solid-state flash memory solution designed to replace traditional rotating disk drives. Compliant electrically with True IDE Mode and compatible with IDE disk drives, the iCF 4000 works reliably as an embedded data storage system for industrial applications. Extremely lightweight, the iCF 4000 delivers sequential read and write rates of up to 40MB/s and 25MB/s respectively.

Qualified by Intel, InnoDisk’s SATADOM D150QV-L is the world’s smallest SATA SSD, featuring built-in Pin7 VCC that enhances the functionality of various embedded applications, especially servers. With its cable-less and rugged design, the D150QV-L provides high reliability, reduces mechanical interference, and is easily integrated with 1U systems. The SATADOM D150QV-L is also lightweight, comes with multiple channels, and is available in capacities from 2GB up to 64GB.

The FiD 2.5" SATA 25000 is a high-capacity flash memory SSD that electrically complies with SATA standards. Supported by TRIM, the sequential read/write performance will not be affected when files are deleted by the garbage collector, while the random data access for small files is enhanced. With proprietary iCell technology, the SATA 25000 provides 100 percent data protection by ensuring that all data is written to the disk before the host powers off.

Innodisk’s vertical EDC 4000 fits into any platform with an IDE connector and provides a simple, fast path upgrade. Designed for industrial embedded applications that require a speedy booting process, the EDC 4000 upgrades the working environment efficiently and enhances data transfer rates with read and write performances of up to 40MB and 20MB per second respectively. The vertical EDC 4000 comes in capacities ranging from 128MB to 16GB and is available in 40-pin and 44-pin vertical connector packages.

Innodisk’s mSATA D150Q is designed in a standard mini PCIe form factor with a SATA interface. This unique combination provides fast data transfer rate performance and allows for effective integration in small form factor applications, such as digital signage and notebooks. The mSATA D150Q also supports the SATA II standard (3.0Gb/s) and is compliant with JEDEC MO-300 standards and SATA-IO mini SATA standards. The mSATA D150Q is an SLC-based flash device and is available in capacities from 2GB up to 64GB.

The Innodisk CFast D150Q storage card is designed to work in harsh environments and to reduce operation system booting time. With a 7+17pin connector design, it consumes less power than a traditional HDD. It is also compliant with the CFast 1.0 standard and ATA protocol. The Innodisk CFast D150Q requires no additional drives and can be configured as a boot device or data storage device.

The Innodisk Industrial SD card is a slim, SLC-based storage solution designed for portable devices. With a built-in ECC function, it can help detect and correct errors during data transfer. It is also compatible with SD 1.1 and SD 2.0 standards, and supports SDHC Class 10 and SPI modes. Innodisk’s Industrial SD card (SLC)consumes little power and is available in capacities ranging from 128MB to 16GB.
