He has traveled extensively and is "very capable" in any worldwide business environment. He also speaks passing Spanish and is comfortable in all Spanish speaking venues.

Principal was educated at Michigan State University (BA Advertising),St. Leo University (MBA), Southern Cross University (Australia), University of South Florida, Bellarmine University, Florida International University, Hillsborough Community College and Valencia Community College. He has taught Hotel Management at four different Universities and Colleges in the United States.
