Iverson Gaming Systems offers the SLOTMaster Product Suite, providing web-based slot accounting & player tracking systems and associated peripheral equipment. SLOTMaster includes systems for slots, tables, arcade machines, visual floor analysis and patron analysis throughout a property. As systems developers , our primary focus is on enhancing productivity for all size casinos – from day cruisers and small routes to large multi-site resorts and cruise lines. A premier system, The SLOTMaster, is a proprietary multi-user system designed to collect and record slot machine transactions and player slot and table ratings. It is distinguished from other systems by its flexibility in the ways that it collects, transmits and displays slot, pit and player data.

Automated collection of player activity. Player preferences, age, geographic, gaming profile, etc. are used to generate analysis and promotional reporting.

Players create an account with a casino and deposit funds by any means desired (cash, check, credit, debit). The player then uploads their funds onto the machines as credits to play. When play is complete, or the player switches machines, the credits are then returned to the account as funds until the card is again inserted for play. This method nullifies account discrepancies, fraud and player confusion. The EFT technology is also appropriate for downloading funds to change machines in arcades and other venues where change machines are available.

The Optical Hopper Level Sensor accurately and dependably alerts casino personnel of a low hopper condition. The device can interface to any existing slot system, giving an alarm or indicating a low condition in a report. The device can also stand alone without connection to a slot system by using an LED to indicate a hopper low condition.

Players may use kiosks to view and/or update contact information. Player activity, including point balances, redeemable rewards, etc. may also be viewed as well as current and upcoming promotions.
