As a Promotional Solutions Designer (Sales & Consulting) I began my career with the Shaw Barton Division of JII Promotions. Shaw Barton had direct roots to the begining of Specialty Advertising (or Promotional Products) growing out of a small factory started by Jasper Meeks (the founder of our industry & profession) in Coshocton, OH. Lee Wayne Corp. acquired JII Promotions in January of 2004 to form the nation's largest promotional products distributorship. During my 12 + years in our profession, I have not only sold & consulted with major corporations, but I have also managed a 19 state region with 200 + promotional products consultants.

As the Western U.S, Regional Vice President, giving me key insight into numerous areas of client companies needs. I am not only skilled in Promotional Products & Custom Calendars, but also Management & Human Resource Needs such as Training Materials & Packaging & Incentive and Award Programs. I am now engaged in the full time endavor of solutions based sales with the nation's largest, & most competitively priced distributor of branded product.
