NSM Music Ltd. continues to be in the forefront of jukebox technology, being pioneers of digital downloading and the first company to obtain a PPL dubbing licence in the United Kingdom. The Company has an enviable reputation for stylish product innovation, a reputation which goes back to the middle of the last century, when NSM started manufacture of vinyl record based jukeboxes, many of which are now treasured collectors' items on account of their aesthetic appeal and great acoustic quality. Moving to a custom factory in Bingen, Germany in 1956, NSM Music became the leading jukebox manufacturer in Europe, employing over 1000 personnel in its heyday. NSM Music continued its success with CD jukeboxes, products which fitted elegantly into the world of the Swinging 60s, with bestselling models, such as the Prestige and Galaxy. The transfer of manufacturing base to the United Kingdom at the beginning of the 21st century coincided with the development of digital jukeboxes, the most recent of which are showcased in the shape of the Icon range of products, which have proved very popular and lucrative all over the world. Available in 10 language variants, the Icon range includes in 4 models: the entry level Lite, the classic Icon 2, as well as the 32 inch Fusion and the massive 40 inch Apollo. All models come with optional additional value added features, such as bingo, karaoke and You Tube™. Now in its seventh decade of operations, NSM Music continues to grow with new products and, with offices in UK, USA and Germany, as well as distributors worldwide, the Company is well set to meet the challenges of changes in technology and consumer demands.
