SGI is a pioneer in diverse printing capabilities, mixing offset, flexographic, and letter press printing technologies in a single process. This makes our thermal tickets virtually impossible to duplicate. When it comes to the printing and conversion of thermal stock, we have no equal. We use over 7 million pounds of thermal and 2 million pounds of impact paper per year. SGI has an extremely unique product line. The work specifications for each product call for five thousandth of an inch (5/1000) in accuracy.

Our products are specialized in that we offer security impregnated tickets with special emphasis on numbering. As part of that specialized production capability, SGI’s ticket tracking ability provides our customers with unsurpassed security. We are able to track, at any time, any one of the billions of tickets produced each year for the lotteries. Play slips and tickets are considered not merely printed products, but rather as instruments.

SGI produces in excess of 4 billion lottery tickets, 5 billion tote tickets and 250 million play slips for the gaming and lottery industry per annum.
