We have conducted extensive fraud examinations which have uncovered embezzlement, violation of an employment agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty resulting in the loss of a gaming license and settlement of a lawsuit related to an Indian gaming facility.

In addition, our firm has prepared an exhaustive analysis of almost every Indian gaming compact in the U.S. and has a unique understanding of what drives value for a particular tribal compact.

We have extensive experience testifying in court as expert witnesses for business valuation, litigation, fraud examination, and forensic accounting matters.
