Casino City releases 2014 Global Gaming Almanac with latest worldwide and country-by-country gaming statistics

NEWTON, Mass. -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Casino City Press announces the release of the 2014 edition of Casino City's Global Gaming Almanac, which provides 746 pages of comprehensive, up-to-date market summaries, financial data, statistics and profiles of properties, owners and regulators for 215 international gaming jurisdictions.

The increase in worldwide machine counts occurred despite a small decrease in the number of gaming facilities globally, which shrank by 0.04% from an estimated 226,963 to 226,824 facilities.

Casino City's Global Gaming Almanac also provides market summaries and statistics for each segment of the industry including casino and card room gaming, race wagering, sports betting, commercial bingo, lotteries, charitable gaming and online gaming.
