WhiteSand Gaming LLC is a leading global gaming services firm providing casino and resort management as well as consulting services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes gaming corporations, regulatory agencies, tribal governments, lotteries, racetracks, and resort hotels. Founded in 2001, the firm is headquartered in Las Vegas and maintains an office in Atlantic City. Our team consists of experienced professionals having both executive level operational experience with some of the top gaming companies, and extensive consulting experience as practice leaders for several of the Big Four consulting firms.

Feasibility/Market Demand Studies and Financial Projections – After conducting and compiling extensive research, WhiteSand has developed detailed studies to determine the feasibility of new projects and expansion efforts, the impact on existing operations, and return on investment. These studies consider macro and micro economic factors, customer demographics, regional trends, future plans, current or proposed litigation, competition, project size, capacity and many other factors in representing a comprehensive report. As part of these efforts, WhiteSand also created, updated and validated financial projections for casinos and various support operations including casino, hotel, food & beverage, retail, entertainment, golf, spa, and other amenities. These reports were often used in securing financial commitments from public and private investors.
